Thies are going to be Destruction mostly, in the form of 0/21/40 Useing Demomic Sacrifice on Succubus to get +15% shadow dmg.

Then in a raid i might let 1 Aflication lock for sirten bosses (not all the tiem as some have agro rest and if the lock has all his/her DoT's on the boss the argo reset's and he/she pulls.

Also, A mini of 140 Spell hit is reg and 19% crit (desto) and 980 spell dmg (inc fel armor, but no other buffs)
